What is the difference between Free, Pro, and Pro Plus?
Free includes a branded EPK and the invoices hub. Pro adds the full rider suite (tech, hospitality, tour) with PDF export. Pro Plus adds per-show workflow — advancing, settlements, show-linked invoices, and tour ops hubs. Compare tiers on the Plans page for the full feature list.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Monthly Pro and Pro Plus subscriptions are managed in the Stripe customer portal from Settings → Billing — you can cancel renewal there. Pro lifetime is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription to cancel in the portal.

Account & data
How do I export or delete my account?
Go to Settings to download a copy of your data, or delete your account in the danger zone. Your main account data is removed right away; a few backup systems (like Stripe or email) can take up to 30 days to clear fully.
How do invite codes and signup work?
During beta, you need an invite code to sign up (from us or the waitlist). Once billing is live, anyone can create a free account and upgrade to Pro or Pro Plus from Settings.
Product & support
Is Touring Tools legal, tax, visa, or insurance advice?
No. Insurance and visa sections are informational trackers only — not underwriting, immigration, or legal advice. Tax and contract questions belong to your lawyer or accountant. See Terms and Privacy for limitations.
PDF quality looks wrong or something is broken — what do I do?
PDF output is a core deliverable; if export looks off or a page errors, email [email protected] with the document type, browser, and a short description. We fix regressions as we ship.
