These terms govern your use of Touring Tools ("the service"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Public beta
Touring Tools is offered as a public beta. Features may change, break temporarily, or be removed. We may limit access, pause signups, or roll back releases while we improve stability and quality.
Not professional advice
Touring Tools helps you organize touring work — EPKs, riders, advancing, invoicing, and related trackers. We do not provide legal, tax, immigration, insurance, or accounting advice. Insurance and visa sections are informational only. Review all PDFs and contracts with qualified professionals before you rely on them.
Your account
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
- Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service (for example, rendering your EPK, generating PDFs, and storing backups).
You represent that you have the rights to upload your content and that publishing it (where you choose to make it public) does not violate others' rights.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans and one-time purchases are billed through Stripe. Prices and tiers are shown at checkout and may change for new purchases; existing subscriptions follow Stripe's renewal rules unless you cancel.
- Free tier: limited features as described on the site (for example, branded EPK and standalone invoices).
- Pro: full document suite (riders, EPK options, and related exports).
- Pro Plus: adds per-show workflow and show-linked billing features.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the Stripe customer portal where available. Refunds follow our published refund approach at the time of purchase; chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Acceptable use
Do not use Touring Tools to spam, distribute malware, harass others, or violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or create risk for other users.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" during beta. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Touring Tools and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or USD $100 if you have not paid us).
Changes
We may update these terms or the product. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when we make material changes.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the beta.
