Where things stand
Touring Tools is in private beta. Signup needs an invite code, and billing is not open yet. The prices below are the ones set for when it opens, and they can change before then.
Free
$0
- One EPK, with a link you can send.
- Invoices with due dates and payment terms, as PDF.
- Your artist profile, bio and links.
- 3 PDF downloads a day.
Your EPK page, EPK PDF and invoice PDFs carry a small Touring Tools line in the footer. On Free that line stays on.
Pro
$15 a month, or $399 once
- Everything in Free.
- Tech, hospitality and tour riders, with PDF export.
- 10 PDF downloads a day.
You can switch the Touring Tools line off on your EPK page and EPK PDF. Invoice and rider PDFs keep a small touring.tools line in the footer, whatever the plan. The $399 option is one payment with no renewal.
Pro Plus
$25 a month
- Everything in Pro.
- The per-show work: shows and calendar, advancing status, settlements, and invoices tied to a show.
- Tour planning, national + international.
- Insurance and travel and entry trackers.
- 20 PDF downloads a day.
PDF limits
The daily limits above reset at midnight UTC. Each kind of PDF, meaning EPK, invoice and rider, is also limited to 10 an hour on every plan.
How billing works
- Billing runs through Stripe. Stripe handles your card, and we do not store full card details.
- Monthly plans renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings, under Billing.
- There is no trial period on paid plans.
- Prices and plans can change for new purchases. When they do, the list at the bottom of this page says so.
What Touring Tools does not do
- The plans are a flat fee. There are no percentages on them.
- It does not sell your personal data.
- It does not publish anything you have not published. An EPK stays private until you switch it on.
- It does not give legal, tax, visa or insurance advice.
Your data
You can download a copy of your data from Settings, and delete your account from Settings. Your main account data is removed right away. A few outside systems, like Stripe and email, can take up to 30 days to clear fully.
